What is Mystery Shopper?

Mystery Shopper or Secret Shopper is a regular customer who buys products or uses services from stores regularly. They are assigned by a Mystery Shopping service provider to inspect the quality of the shops' products and services without revealing themselves as an inspector.

Mystery Shopper qualification

    ●   Be at least 18 years old
    ●   Good communication in Thai, both spoken and written. 
    ●   Be professional, such as submitting questionnaires on time, follow every step of the examination, collect all evidence and notify the coordinator when encountering problems, etc.
    ●   ​Have a phone that can take pictures and record sounds.
