Job Description 
              To look for Shoppers for all of projects about 500 visits per month by using online systems like Social Network, our Mystery Shopping Platform system and coordinate or contact via phone or LINE. To set training programs to teach Shoppers for understanding in role plays of each project assigned to Shopper. In addition, to prepare payroll records for service providing by Shopper on Excel programs in every month-end, and support for Facebook page administrator to communicate and deal with job application in this position. 

Job Qualifications

1. Proficiency in communication skills, prefer to talking to people.
2. Negotiation skills required and pleasure to communicate with unfamiliar person or never met before.
3. Communication technology skills by using LINE and other Social Media
4. Listening to other people’s opinions.
5. Interested in challenge job and always enjoy learning new things.
6. Able to work under time pressure (Job closing by month-end)
7. Effective problem-solving skills.
8. Able to learn working on Online Platform system (our company has common work with online system, not paperwork)

Client Associate - 2 positions

Job Description
                To coordinate and support between business development team and customer to Shoppers in order to accomplish the assignments, check details scheduled and determined by customer. To do shortlist for Shoppers in brief summary before start working to ensure that customer requirements are reviewed and added on the questionnaires and also make sure that assigned tasks will be efficiently completed in schedule.

                You are a coordinator for assigned project and must learn all about projects including its objectives. Furthermore, you have duties to contact the business development team to carry out the customer project as a method of Mystery Shopping Program including draft and create the questionnaire until in a stage of completed version. Teamwork with other departments is also important. In addition, transferring customer requests to Shoppers as well as learn a technique of customizing reports in accordance with customer requirements, and also contact support team of HS Brands Global, SASSIE and Presto. 


Job Qualifications

1. Proficient computer skills in MS Offices - PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
2. Active working and completeness of work are preference.
3. Able to work under limited control and pressure.
4. Working hours: Mon.-Fri. (09.00 – 17.00) at HS Brands Global (Nearby Wongwian Yai BTS Station)
5. Bachelor degree in any fields.
6. Age, below 30 years

                *Proficiency of English skills would be an advantage.
